Collection is easy: Just place your clothes and any other textile items together in a bag, and your chosen local dry cleaner will arrive at the agreed time to pick them up.

How do I reschedule a collection or delivery?

If you need to change the time of an existing appointment or you have missed an appointment, contact the dry cleaner you placed the order with to arrange a new time – their details are in your order confirmation email.

What happens if I send more or fewer clothes than agreed in my order?

That’s not a problem, your dry cleaner will check that the order is correct and adjust the cost accordingly.

Does The Dry Cleaner app do special care orders?

Your dry cleaner will evaluate the order to determine whether any of the items require special care or attention.

Special cleaning processes are typically used for delicate and special fabrics such as silks, leathers and cashmeres – customers may be charged more, as well as notified that the cleaning may take more time.

How does The Dry Cleaner App pricing work?

Each cleaner uses their own pricing. Any cleaning offers or special deals will be included in the price.

However, the price list is not exhaustive and prices may vary depending on the fabric and condition which will be confirmed with the cleaner when you place the order.
